Mr. Adams brings over 20 years of experience in the upstream oil and natural gas industry with 14 years of investment banking background in the energy sector focusing on mergers and acquisitions and corporate finance. Mr. Adams most recently served as Head of the Global Oil and Gas Group for Macquarie Securities (USA) Inc. Prior to Macquarie, Mr. Adams held various senior investment banking positions with Banc of America Securities, Petrie Parkman & Co. and Energy Capital Solutions. Before his career in investment banking, Mr. Adams worked for eight years as a reservoir engineering consultant and in various capacities as a petroleum engineer for a medium sized E&P independent and a large oil and gas service company. Mr. Adams holds a B.S. in Petroleum Engineering from the University of Texas at Austin and M.B.A. with honours from the University of Texas at Dallas. |

Mr. Gale brings 25 years of petroleum engineering experience focusing on both unconventional and conventional plays throughout the United States. Mr. Gale served most recently as the Senior Vice President at Gunnison Energy Corporation, where he was in charge of running the oil & gas operations for Gunnison. While at Gunnison, he focused primarily on unconventional plays in the Rocky Mountain region. Previously, Mr. Gale served in numerous capacities, including Operations and Engineering Manager, for Cabot Oil and Gas Corporation. For the past 10 years, Mr. Gale has focused specifically on operations in the Rocky Mountain region and has been responsible for production, drilling and engineering operations for both companies. He graduated from Marietta College with a Bachelor of Science in Petroleum Engineering.

Mr. Kiser brings 39 years of oil & gas industry experience as a petroleum geologist. His vast experience encompasses all of the U.S. Rockies, with particular emphasis in the Greater Green River Basin of Wyoming and the major basins in Colorado. Mr. Kiser has achieved an exemplary track-record as an explorationist in the Rockies with significant expertise in the Wyoming Overthrust, Wind River, Green River, Big Horn, Powder River, DJ, Raton, Uinta, Piceance and Williston basins. Mr. Kiser most recently served as the Exploration Manager of McElvain Energy LLC and has previously been employed by several Rocky Mountain focused independent exploration and production companies, such as Westport Resources Corporation, Yates Petroleum Corporation and Forest Oil Corporation. He is a graduate of Colorado State University with a B.S. in Geology. |

Mr. Hohenstein brings 26 years of oil & gas industry experience as a professional landman. His experience has been primarily focused in the U.S. Rockies and Mid-Continent regions, with significant transactional experience. Mr. Hohenstein most recently served at VP of Land for McElvain Oil and Gas Properties, Inc. Prior experience includes Division Land Manager for Tom Brown Inc. and Senior Land Negotiator for Amoco Production Company, among others. Mr. Hohenstein is a graduate of the University of Colorado at Boulder, where he earned a B.S. in Business Administration with an emphasis in Mineral Land Management. |

Mr. Lingley brings 35 years of worldwide geologic oil and gas experience and specific expertise relating to the Columbia River Basin in the state of Washington. Mr. Lingley served most recently as the Chief State Lands Geologist for the state of Washington and has worked for the Washington State Department of Natural Resources ("DNR") since 1986. While working at the DNR, Mr. Lingley spent considerable time evaluating and marketing oil and gas resources in the state of Washington. Previously, he served as Exploration Coordinator for Chevron managing exploration programs internationally. Mr. Lingley also held numerous positions, including Acting Chief Geologist and Senior Project Geologist, for Gulf Oil and its subsidiaries. He graduated from Western Washington State College with a Bachelor of Arts in Geology and a Master of Science in Geology. |

Mr. Lou joins the Company as Executive Vice President of Finance and CFO. Mr. Lou has extensive corporate finance and structuring experience and has raised over $15 billion in equity, equity-linked and debt financings, and executed on over $20 billion of M&A for publicly listed energy companies during his 9-year career. Mr. Lou's prior experience includes serving as Associate Director of the Global Oil and Gas Group at Macquarie Securities (USA) Inc., Vice President of the Energy Investment Banking Group at First Albany Capital, Vice President of the Natural Resources Group at Banc of America Securities, and as an analyst for the Energy Group at Merrill Lynch. Mr. Lou holds a Bachelor of Science degree in electrical engineering and graduated with honours from Southern Methodist University. |

Mr. Barcot also served as Vice President of Energy Investment Banking at First Albany Capital and as Vice President of the Integrated Energy Group at ABN AMRO. In addition, Mr. Barcot previously worked as an equity research analyst focusing on the U.S. independent exploration & production sector for highly ranked E&P research teams at Banc of America Securities and Credit Suisse First Boston Corp. Mr. Barcot earned his M.B.A. and B.B.A. in finance with honours from the University of Houston. |
